We contacted REQ when we had problem with our aircon. Filip was very responsive and provided excellent service with affordable and reasonable price. We had been using another Aircon service provider in the past and were being charged through the roof. We are very happy with REQ, efficient and friendly, we definitely highly recommend their services!

Recently had REQ refrigeration and air conditioning out to change the pads to my evaporative aircon they done amazing job. Friendly people explained what they were doing before they started. Explained what to expect after the service. Was very pleased with the service. I would recommend REQ refrigeration and air conditioning to family and friends.

We recently had Filip and his team install a new ducted system in our home. Could not have been happier with the initial communication, quotes, professionalism and installation itself. Filip and his employees were all lovely to deal with on the day, including putting up with our very overfriendly dog.. 5 stars aren't enough for this business, highly recommend!

Filip has done a number of air conditioning jobs for me. From a simple service to full ducted installs, he is the best. His warranties are also longer than most other installers. Absolutely recommend him for all your AC needs.
