I had a very disappointing experience with this service. My air conditioner broke down in my hair salon, and I needed it fixed urgently.
Peter, the technician, assured me he would come to check the issue in the afternoon since it was urgent. However, he did not show up.
When I expressed my need for urgency, he suggested he would come early the next day, so l made arrangements to be there at 7 AM to accommodate his schedule. Unfortunately, he did not show up again and did not answer my calls, leaving me in a very difficult situation.
It would have been better if he had been honest about his availability instead of making promises he couldn't keep. If I had known he wouldn't come, I could have arranged for someone else to fix the problem.
Overall, I found the customer service to be very lacking, and I would not recommend this company for urgent needs.
