Our pricing is competitive within the market space as we are able to provide a small engaged team with minimal overheads. This allows us to provide competitive pricing with high levels of finish.

Discussed on a job by job basis. Usually we take a 5% deposit up front and look to split progress payments across the duration of the works to ensure the client can see return on their investment before making further payments.

As a client you will have a direct contact line to the director who is contactable at all hours in the event of an emergency.
