What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?
If your project is a larger renovation/extension that requires plans, then a copy of those plans will be required for us to provide an exact price to complete your project. We can assist you to have plans drafted if you have not yet done so. Should you not have plans (or not require them) - a bathroom or kitchen renovation for example - then having some idea of what you would like, whether that be layout or inspiration pictures, will assist us to help you plan your project. Once we've worked with you to figure out these details, we can provide a final estimate.

Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Absolutely! All our work is warrantied in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the Domestic Building Contracts Act.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
We specialise in renovations and extensions however we also do new builds as well as smaller projects.
How long have you been in the business?
D Squared Constructions has been in operation since 2020, however our team has many more years of experience in the building industry prior to that.
Is your pricing competitive?
Our pricing is definitely in line with the current market. You may find cheaper out there however we stand behind the quality of our projects delivered. If you do wish to compare us with another contractor, please be sure to: - check that contractor is registered and licenced to do the work they are quoting, - request to see copies of their Insurance certificates. - check that all inclusions and exclusions have been specifically stated on the quotes. That way you know you're comparing apples with apples and can get the best outcome for your project!
What are the terms of payment?
Our terms are 7 days from invoice date. The specific payment schedule that will apply to your project will depend on the size of the project, and will be outlined before we commence works.
What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
