We engaged Presidential Group to help us with managing the renovation of two bathrooms. This included re-tiling of floors and walls, installation of full bathrooms, repainting of ceilings + corners and installation of new eating lamps/fans. The guys helped with the selection and management of all the labour and kept checking the quality of the work throughout the project, keeping an open line of communication. We were pretty happy with the outcome of the project, especially since we ended spending about 30% less than what other businesses had quoted us.
