Renovating a bathroom is no small task, and for many of us, it comes with big ambitions and high expectations. We wanted to renovate the toilet and guest bathroom and covert toilet to Powder room. It was an ambitious goal so Selecting the right builder who can turn your vision into reality was crucial. After speaking with multiple bathroom renovation specialists, I chose Viper Builders, and it turned out to be the best decision.
From the very first conversation with Danny, I felt confident that he truly understood my vision. He paid attention to all the small details that make a big difference in the long run. The work started on time, and even though there were challenges along the way, Danny's approach was always supportive and accommodating.
For instance, when my toilet order was delayed (as were a few other items), Danny reassured me not to stress. He worked around the delays and adjusted the schedule to ensure everything fit perfectly once the materials arrived.
What impressed me most was his commitment to quality and doing things the right way. When creating a niche for the bathroom, Danny suggested a design that was far better than my original idea, even though it took a bit more time. His reasoning? "If someone asks tomorrow who built this, my name is on the line, and I want to be proud of the work."
The entire team is very professional, friendly, and dedicated. The final result exceeded our expectations, and I couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and powder room. Required caulking top and bottom for all new skirting boards in my house. Danny was out same day to quote and back the next day with the team to complete the job.
Very happy with the high quality finished the level of customer service provided.

Danny and Kylan from Viper Builders recently completed a relatively small but complicated load bearing wall removal in my townhouse in Birkdale.
Danny came out to quote my job very quickly(unlike many others) and advised a descent accurate quote for the scope of works requested.
Approximately 3 weeks later, the job was completed within the quoted price.
Both Danny and Kylan went above and beyond to ensure everything was done competently and safely.
I would easily recommend Viper Builders to anyone in the Bayside area.
I have now asked them to do further work in the near future.

Danny & his team from Viper Builders have just completed our downstairs renovation of our bathroom & bedroom/lounge areas.
What an amazing transformation of both areas, completed on time and on budget!!
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Danny to handle, even when there are unexpected problems in the Reno (which there always is bound to be in a Reno)…..Danny always has a solution for everything!!
The team from Viper Builders were always polite, courteous & professional in all their tasks.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Danny & his team for any handyman, Reno or building work you might need done.
