This man does not know what he is talking about and making totally false and inaccurate accusations. The job was for his elderly parents and I gave them a price, through him, that reflected there age etc. The price should have been at least double, more like triple what I charged for the work carried out. He was not at the parents house when I returned the rubber ramp, and as I said to the lady at that time, it could possibly be a little high on one side and if it created a problem, I would call around and take some more off it at a later time. I was paid the agreed amount by the lady at HER offering, not my request. I received a very accusing and abusive phone call from him sometime after returning the ramp to his parents. He said that he had been trying to message me, but that I was apparently ignoring him. I tried to explain to him that I do not spend all my time checking messages on my phone unless I am expecting one, otherwise it can be days before I check them. He was EXTREMELY accusing and carrying on that everyone messages etc. and why did I not check my messages. People know to phone or email me. I have been told by numerous people that I am very prompt in returning calls if I am not able to take their calls at the time that they phone. He also accused me of ripping his parents off and that I had done nothing at all to the ramp. I believe the problem is that he does not know what a tape measure is for or how to use one. He had not not even checked the measurements of the ramp (his admission) at the time of his phone call otherwise he would have seen that the ramp had been considerably altered. I told him to check with his mother what I had told her regarding returning to carry out further alterations if required and for him to then phone me back after speaking to her. To date I have had no contact of any kind (phone, message, email) from him, presumably because I have proved him wrong and that he was making totally inaccurate and false statements.
