About Us
For over a decade, Essential Bathrooms and Laundries P/L has been creating beautiful bathrooms and renovations from North Brisbane to the Sunny Coast. We have gained a very good reputation where we began working on just a handful of bathrooms a year to now renovating up to 50 bathrooms each year, with plenty of satisfied customers. We specialise in complete residential bathroom renovations, from free-standing properties to townhouses and apartments. Essential Bathrooms & Laundries was founded in 2011 by Licensed Builder Chris Hoy
Our company is fully licensed and insured, and we keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the bathroom renovation industry. We hold QBCC License # 15307641.
We employ a professional team of tradespeople, and frequently we receive feedback from our clients about how polite and friendly our team members are. Our company has formed strong networks with many reliable suppliers, and we are very proud of our excellent reputation with customers, suppliers and within the building industry.

Why should I hire you over another business?
We are one of the only fully QBCC licensed and trusted Builders doing Bathroom Renovations. People or sub trades that are not QBCC LICENSED BUILDERS, cannot legally undertake renovations and provide no warranties or comebacks should things go wrong. The owner Chris is also a QBCC Licensed Building Inspector with loads of experience so you can be assured that compliance will never be an issue.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Yes definitely as a QBCC Licensed builder we carry a 7 year warranty for ALL of the work and not just parts. If anything may go wrong down the track it’s one phone call only to get results.
