Dean from Pether Constructions recently completed a project for us which involved reconfiguration of the living area to an open plan arrangement and building and associated trades for installation of a new kitchen.
Broadly the work involved removing walls, re-supporting the roof and making good the new space as well as preparing the new kitchen space, arranging for electrical, plumbing and tiling as required and final fitout following installation of the kitchen.
I have no hesitation in recommending Dean to anyone contemplating such work. Dean was always punctual and hardworking. His work was thoughtful and thorough, there were no shortcuts, and nothing was too much trouble. It was always obvious that his aim was to deliver the best job possible.
Thanks to Dean and his selected tradesman we love the way our house has been transformed.

I can highly recommend Dean Pether contracting my crumbling pile is crumbling no more.
I have a wonderful new deck and more security poles stabilising it ... New path rails and lighting ... many handyman jobs requiring various skills ... all cost effective.

Dean was responsible for carpentry and logistics at our house.
Building new timber and aluminium fence sectors and new perspex barriers was required for pool compliance. The requirements from the compliance firm were broadly based and confusing.
However, Dean was very clear and experienced in what was needed.
I was comfortable that the job would be finished perfectly - and it was.
Dean is a polite person and a fine tradesman, turns up on time and is very cost-effective.
I would strongly recommend him, particularly in the carpentry field.
