Luke did a fantastic job on our deck and new rear fence. He is keen, willing to work with you and a perfectionist. Nothing is too much trouble and anything that needed addressing was done in good time and good spirit. If you are looking for a quality carpenter Luke is your man. Happy for locals to check his work out at my place if you are thinking of using him. Cheers Luke, very happy with the job and will be using him for any future carpentry needs we have. Dave Waller.
Luke is meticulous in his detail. His quote was fixed so there were no surprises. In all dealings with him he was prompt with responding, was punctual and professional in his approach. His workmanship was thorough and we are absolutely thrilled with the deck he has constructed for us. We would highly recommend him for anyone who wants a high quality, honest and hardworking tradesman.
Luke did a top quality job building our deck in prahran. Great communicator, Luke listened to what we wanted, made some good suggestions and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right, to a top quality finish. Highly recommend hiring him, we'll have him back for our next project. thanks luke!
I couldn’t have been more happy with Luke’s work for our newly opened cafe. He was easy to consult with and knew exactly what I was after for the shop. I gave him a few sample photos of what look I was after and the finished product was better than I could have asked for. Luke went above and beyond to work within our scope and is not only professional but a genuinely nice guy to work with. Very happy to have been put in touch with Luke, we’ve already received multiple positive feedback about the feature wall/partition he made for us!
Every job i quote requires a site visit. Hence all relevant contact details such as; Full name, Address, Mobile contact details and Email are required as step 1 which follows on to step 2 where we organise a site visit.
I try to target clients that look at quality and longevity. I do not cut corners and look at the cheapest option to save $$. I have taken the next step in starting this business so I can produce the final finish both you as my client and I desire.I have a select group of different trades I work well with whom all have a similar mindset in the industry. I use the best providers on the market that still maintain competitive pricing. If the materials delivered and not to my satisfaction then I will take them back. I put you as my client first as I look to build a good relationship with every client encounter I have.
I am more than happy to provide guarantee on all structural works. I do not cut corners:)
I specialise in renovations and extensions in the residential sector as i have project managed many jobs within the bay side council area. For now, Im targeting small home renovations, Decking, Pergolas, bathroom renovations and small internal modifications to frame within my restricted allowance of works. I am very knowledgeable on different trades and am capable of doing most types of works that don’t require licensing.
All my life iv been around building sites as my father is a well known builder around the bayside council area alongside with neighbouring councils. I was labouring onsite from the age of 13 on school holidays. I have generally seen it all. I have worked on the large commercial sites in the city as a formworker, In medium rise building as a fixing carpenter, worked as a pre fabricated framer and with frame crews, but as mentioned above, have done most of my work in residential extensions and renovations as i find it the most interesting. To summarise my answer, Iv been in the industry full time for over 10 years.
Every quote is well thought out and tailored to your job with no marked pricing. If you are not happy with my price but are confident you want me to do your carpenter/(soon to be builder), I will go back to the drawing board and see what i can do to work within your budget if achievable.
I require an upfront materials payment once you approve my quote. I then will require stage completion payments which will be tailored to suit your job.
I feel any tradesman would have the same response!! I would drop what i was doing and tend to the matter straight away. To answer this question further, I also have public liability insurance with cover upto 20 million dollars. I would also provide a certificate of currency apon request
