Think no more! EPS is the way of the future. But foam you are thinking? When installed the EPS is screwed to the frame of your house, we apply all the trims around windows and external corners and seal windows to ensure no water will be able to reach inside your home. Firstly a coat of render is applied then reinforced with a mesh thenceforth another coat of render formerly a finished coat of texture to insure that nothing will dint or put holes in your home!

 

I have been undertaking EPS cladding (foam) for 7 years now! I know it sounds unusual cladding the exterior of your house in foam? But there are many positives about this structure.

 

It is a lightweight panel, you can get in many different sizes, 40mm, 60mm, 75mm and 100mm, you can even try a batten system that gives you a cavity that can give you even better energy rating.

 

Fast to install and a great system to clad your house in, a cheaper and more energy efficient then say brick or blue board and if done right it will not crack and show the joins of the sheet as blue board does!

 

It also has a fire and insect retardant to insure no bugs will consume away at the EPS and if your house was to ever catch on fire EPS will melt instead of catching a light and continue to spread the fire.

 

Thermals help to keep your house cold in the summer and hot in the winter. With great sound proofing and it can achieve a 6 star energy rating when completed to a good standard, and done correctly.

 

When we clad your dream home in your desired cladding we will put on all trims (external beads), seal all windows to ensure no water will track back inside your home, all sheets are glued together to insure there is not movement and cracking, we cut control joints through the board as well so make sure the render wont crack. A Following few days we will have your house ready for render!
