Antarados concrete and formwork

For starters, the price we gave you was very low considering the job and on top of that; we were going to make 4 steps (one step on every entrance for no charge whatsoever). We dug the footing for your fire pit retaining wall and ripped the old timber steps to replace with concrete steps, we bought you two loads of crushed rock and two loads of Tuscan topping, we bought and installed plinths, we prepared your driveway so it was ready to pour concrete. We got delayed with both a flood and the death of a family member, as well as delay with your son’s party. I got accused by your son when you had the flood, that I had blocked your drain when your drain was only a 40mm pipe, and then you said that you didn’t want to do the driveway at this stage until the plumber does some work underneath. You also said afterwards that you only wanted to do one staircase to see what it was going to look like. If I was to get the concrete line pump 4 times just for your job, it’d cost ME $5000 extra out of pocket. I personally got very upset so I packed up my stuff and left. You asked me if I’m going to pay you the deposit back, at which I replied that if I owed you money then I’d pay you. After I asked you if you’d pay me if you owed ME money, you simply said that “you’d see”. But of course as they say; ‘the customer is always right’. Thanks for your review.
