The sketch supplied was not adhered to, I wanted a plynth along the house wall, I was told that the pathway was sloped away from the wall. Had no intention of forming up for the plynth as the concrete was already down when I checked. I also asked for the "bump" to be removed from the driveway across the footpath as per sketch, again I had to emphasis that this was not done on one side. Wet concrete was placed in the waste bin which I had to ask and make sure that it was removed and dried out to a degree where it would not clump. If things were done to sketches supplied and no wet concrete in the waste bin then I would have been very happy with the work. Otherwise I was generally happy with their work except for the above. I do not know what extra chargers we would have got for the wet concrete in the bin and also I hope that water does not get underneath the house because they decided not to put the plynth in
