Why should I hire you over another business?
Available 7 days a week. Work can be done on the weekends if our customers are too busy during the week. Our customers need to book appointments for the Saturday and Sunday jobs to be done. We service all camera brands and offer expertise in all cabling standards to ensure the highest quality in data communications.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
Issue one- or three-year warranty on the completed installation. Warranty depends on the brand installed.
Do you specialise in any work in particular?
To offer services which are inclusive. From Low to High quality brand installations. High-quality security cameras like – HIKVISION. Medium-quality security cameras like –Hilook. Low-Medium-High security cameras like Swann. Customers can buy their cameras and get charged installations fees only. Weekend services are available for customers who need them.
How long have you been in the business?
Since starting my business in 2008, I’ve accumulated diverse experience in the industry. I worked on cabling projects with Optus in Melbourne from 2008 to 2009, followed by satellite dish installations for Foxtel in Canberra from 2009 to 2011. My work then focused on installing terrestrial antennas in Melbourne from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to the present, I have specialized in conducting new CCTV device installations and testing across Melbourne. I also handle cabling projects in both domestic and commercial sectors. My commitment to providing reliable and efficient services remains at the core of my business.
Is your pricing competitive?
Some customers prefer buying their own systems then pay the installation fees only. Others want the systems to be supplied and fixed. (Fix-and-Supply services)

What happens if there is an emergency relating to my job that requires immediate attention?
I must dial 000 an emergency number to call for police, fire or ambulance services. Practise the workplace safety rules which are under work health and safety (WHS) laws. I will follow the evacuation plan to leave the building and dial 000. (000 is an emergency number to call for police, fire or ambulance services.) and let them know of the smoke. I will also contact the building attendant and let him/her know as well.
