Based in Sydney’s Inner West in the vibrant bohemian enclave of Newtown, Design Plus Drafting provides residential, commercial and corporate clients with a flexible approach to building design. We work mainly with AutoCAD (2D) or Revit (3D) software to provide the plans and images you need to review your project, or to submit to the relevant authorities.

We work with a diverse range of clients and bend over backwards to provide designs that meet the needs of your family, tenants, employees and customers.

We provide all residential design and drafting services, from renovation plans, construction certificate drawings and DA drawings to total new home design.

Our team also works with national corporate clients to consolidate office spaces, designs functional offices for small businesses, and provides owner builders with 3D rendered concepts for projects from palatial homes to compact kitchens.

What information do I need to provide you with for a competitive quote?

Call us to have a quick chat about your renovation, addition or extension. We need your address and a rough design brief Also do you have a survey? Do you need drawings for a Development Application? Do you also need drawings for a Construction Certificate?

Plenty of happy customers!! Check out our Google reviews. Our goal is to design a home that you and your family are going to be happy living in and enjoy for many years. We work customers all over Sydney and successfully lodged Development Applications with most councils.

Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?

It's difficult to guarantee drawings and floorplans but we work with our clients until they are happy with the design. We sign contracts with all of our clients which clearly outline the work we will complete. We are a member of the Master Builders Association (NSW) and the contract has been reviewed by their legal team. It's looks after both parties.

Do you specialise in any work in particular?

Designing wonderful space for people to live! We work all over Sydney (and have completed jobs in Wagga Wagga, Darwin and other exotic locations) and work with a diverse range of homes, storage paces and even offices. We mainly complete designs for renovations, extensions and additions however we also create new home designs and designs for commercial spaces.
