Do you offer a guarantee on the work that you carry out?
For domestic house cleaning, we have a 24 hour guarantee. This means if you are unhappy with the clean provided and notify us in writing within 24 hours of the clean, we will arrange to return to complete the affected areas within 72 hours of notification. For bond cleans, we have a strict 72 hour bond back guarantee. This means if the property manager is not completely satisfied with the clean, and we are notified in writing with photographic evidence attached within 72 hours, we will return to complete the outstanding cleaning items listed on the exit condition report. We do require a copy of the entry condition report from the start of the tenancy to confirm the original condition of the property, in order to enact this guarantee.
