Emma and Alex were excellent to work with. They listened to what I wanted, were understanding, prompt and efficient. Trees were pruned and treated, overgrown bushes removed, plants added, garden mulched, green waste removed, tidied up - all in a day. Will definitely have them back.

Alex and Emma did an excellent job cleaning up our garden. Cutting out tree roots.
Trimmings wooden fence to let more light in.
Potting a large cactus. Digging up and replanting where necessary.
Everything was very clean and tidy. Their work ethic is excellent. To be recommended.

The job was to prune 2 trees which was completed very satisfactorily .
There was also an agreement that a designated area of a bed along the driveway was to be cleared of invasive plumbago . Much of this was left behind . Very disappointing
I was also surprised that charges were demanded before the start of the job as according to Emma they had experienced some unpleasant issues with previous clients . I agreed to this and handed over the agreed amount in good faithbefore work began. There were a couple of times where I had to point out areas that were incomplete .
I had gone inside and when I came out they had left .
I did send them a text expressing my disappointment and received a response saying they had completed the work as agreed and did not want any contact with me . Interesting . Definitely would not have them here any more or recommend them to anyone .

Dear Joan, I’m sorry you feel that way and thank you for the feedback.
As for the job you have requested, you started by negotiating the price to the bare minimum and unfortunately for us we have agreed and that was on us.
As for requesting payment upfront, I have it in messages, when you negotiated the price to the bare minimum, I agreed and said on the condition that the payment had to be upfront and you have agreed via message, when we got to the site, you tried not to pay straight away and you were stalling, until I demanded that you keep your end of the bargain and as agreed prior, to pay upfront.
As for the job itself, everything you have asked for and more for free was done, and you never left our site, you and your partner were sitting at the front of the house the whole time, and every time we were about to finish you asked for more.
we have agreed to do the following: cut one tree from the neighbours side, prune one tree from your side, removal of pots and placing them on the other side of the driveway and removing plumbago from your side only in a section from the garden bed only, which we did and we did more for free.
We ended up doing the following: cutting one tree from your neighbour's side, pruning and shaping 4 trees on your side, cutting and shaping a hedge on the corner of your driveway between you and your neighbours as you enter the driveway, removing all pots and plants from the garden bed and pacing them on the other side of the garden, removing plumbago from the roots not only from the section that we have agreed upon, on the contrary you have asked my husband after we were done to go and remove it from the neighbours side as well, which we never agreed upon, but we did it anyway, we cut a big log into 3 pieces for you in order to fit in the green bin, we filled up not just your green bin but the neighbours as well, we piled up neatly all the tree branches for you and we used the blower to clean your driveway.
