We are very grateful for the excellent renovation works undertaken by DEMK constructions for us. Lead builder Sage was always transparent about the works, thorough and professional. We were very fortunate to have the project completed so efficiently ahead of time - including construction of new rooms, reconfiguring receptions spaces, renewing some data and power connections etc. Highly recommend the team at DEMK and would definitely use their services again in future.

Sage and the team did a good job for my property full renovation. The team went over and beyond to accomodate my unique request for a japanese bath. The project manager Nino was top-notch, patiently selecting all the different materials with me from multiple suppliers and even happy to use recycled materials! Always kept me upto-date and replied to my message even at 12 o'clock midnight. The full renovation absolutely transformed the house. Very happy result.
