Absolutely. We are transparent with our costings but if you are after the cheapest quote, we may not be your company. We take pride in what we do but we do not cut corners. If we enter into a contract with you we want to deliver an exceptional product.

25% deposit once the quote is accepted allows us to start planning for you job. That helps us place the job in the calendar and is a commitment from you to engage our services and is a commitment from us that we will deliver. Every payment received is logged and a receipt is provided so you can keep track and there is clarity all the way through. For some larger jobs we do require progress payments so we can keep up with the ongoing costs of the job but this is explained during the consultation phase. The final invoice must be paid no longer that 7 days after handover.
