Helpful friendly on time completed the job for a great price I requested a lighter color but it came out but darker possible because hard to cover but light and fresh now for sale would recommend for sure

Subject - Exterior painter posted 28/10/2021 I had 19 interested business and selected 5 for inspections. On 1/11/2021 I decided on Artech Painting & Decor. The job is of such poor quality. I made it quite clear to Bob that the preparation was extremely important and Bob kept saying during the period of the work that “he prided his reputation”. I pointed out on many occasions no sanding, no second coat, no clean-up of excess paint on windows, areas missed on gates, etc. He said I should not look so closely at the work. Final payment was made on 6/12/2021 with Bob's assurance that in January 2022 he would come back to fix any problems. I spoke to him on 12/1/2022 and he said to contact him again as he would be in Glen Iris between 24/1 and 26/1. I texted him on 23/1/2022 as a reminder and have phoned on 4 occasions he has not responded to any of my calls. I am extremely disappointed. I cannot write a review as the job has been closed. I do not want prospective people looking for a painter to have the same experience
