Shane is a great plumber and even better guy. He had every opportunity to inflate his prices given that we lost hot water in the middle of winter, during the first day of the Townsville COVID lockdown and we have 0 knowledge of plumbing. Shane instead worked really hard to organise hot water within 36 hours and at a very fair price. Thank you again, Shane
