Watermark Plumbing was started in response to a problem I noticed almost 30 years ago.

Poor communication from plumbers meant customers were often faced with uncertainty and confusion. For a home-owner that’s not good; for commercial clients and building managers, it’s a recipe for disaster.

I set out with a view to be different. To be the kind of plumbing company that not only delivers quality plumbing, but one that provides regular, clear, concise and effective communication throughout each and every job.

That hasn’t changed. But we also go a step further.

The value we place on thinking outside the square is a key strength that is carrying us confidently into the future. We love a challenge as much as we love a job well done, and our reputation for achieving that is what we work hard to maintain.
