A lot of people carry their smartphones with dirty hands and forget to clean them. The idea of cleaning your phone may seem a little odd. However, this is a very important device to be cleaned as we constantly use it near our faces and we usually carry our phones with us wherever we go.

#4 – Remote Controls

Just like smartphones, you should clean remote controls occasionally. With so many hands touching a single remote control, bacteria is left behind. This is especially true if you have a sick family member, keep your remote clean to avoid spreading germs around.

Everything you put your hands on should be cleaned at least once in a while. This includes computer keyboards too. Use a dry disinfectant to clean your computer keyboards and mouse.

The list of things you should clean will remain incomplete without the kitchen sponge. Sponges are not self-cleaning! Unwashed sponges collect various bacteria over time. To clean, simply add sponges to your daily clothes wash cycle or was manually with a disinfectant or boiled in bleach.
